Project Summary
You had a party last night, with only two minutes left until your parents come home, can you clean the place in time?
The project was created as part of a larger game project course at FutureGames.

Game Outline & Pillars
The game starts with the player character waking up after a night of hosting a party at their house. They awake to a dirty house and a message from their parents saying that they will be getting home very soon and reminding them that they hope all the chores are complete. Our player character must cheat his way to completion, take any shortcut possible and hope mom and dad won't notice. They rush around the house confidently trying to get everything done in time, sometimes resorting to cheating the tasks such as throwing the dirty plates out the window to get rid of them.
Sometimes, grandma may call and needs to be answered, sometimes the neighbor might come by and tell on you if they see you do something weird like throwing plates out of the window.
Intense Tempo
Fast paced gameplay keeps the player on their toes, promotes taking shortcuts and makes the game more competetive.
Become a smart cheater
By learning and optimizing all house tasks, cheat your way to the highest score.
Each task has several ways of being completed, making the process a creative exploration.
Light Heartedness
Lighthearted theme makes the cheating seem less bad and serves as support for fun as well as making the game more approachable.
My Contribution
Gameplay Design
Together with the other designers, we designed all needed systems and mechanics needed for the game.
Technical Design &
Game Optimization
I helped implementing things correctly into the engine as well as optimizing the game.
Light & Environment Art
I took the lead role for creating the lighting for the game, optimizing the looks and graphics as well as helping with part of the level decoration.
Marketing
I created the trailer for the game as well as the screenshots for marketing.
